Cancellations are accepted within 1 hour of purchase. Size, color, or address changes can only be made before production begins. Once printing starts, we cannot make adjustments.
📸 What if something is wrong with my order?
If you notice an issue, send us a clear photo within 14 days of delivery. We’ll resolve it as quickly as possible.
📂 Do you sell your designs as digital files?
No — all of our work is sold as physical printed products only. We don’t provide SVG, PNG, or transfer sheets. İf you see our designs being sold digitally elsewhere, it’s not authorized.
🎨 How can I order different colors or sizes?
1. Select your preferred size & color from the dropdown menu.
2. Click “Add to Cart.”
3. Repeat for each shirt/hoodie you’d like.
4. Checkout once you’ve added them all.
🧵 What type of printing do you use? How should I wash it?
We use DTG (Direct-to-Garment) printing → the ink bonds directly with the fabric for a soft, long-lasting finish (no peeling vinyl).
💡 Care Tips:
-Wash cold, inside-out
-Tumble dry low or hang dry
-No bleach or harsh chemicals
-Do not iron directly over design
