Communication with Katie was clear, clarifying and checking exactly what I wanted and kept me updated on delivery times. Wouldnt hesitate to by from this great store again. Thank you.

My item hasn’t arrived due to the Royal Mail strike action.
Please allow a minimum of 12 working days, excluding any strike days due to the backlogs. There are reported severe delays.
After this time, Contact seller and a replacement will be sent out once the strikes have finished.

Can I have text on the reverse of the decorations?

Can I track my order
All orders are sent via the method the customer chose. If the postage upgrade was selected and purchased by the customer, then yes, the order is tracked.
If the standard 1st class large letter postage was purchased the package is not tracked.
