4 out of 5 starsWhen the package arrived, I was shocked to open a box full of pipes and pieces. Nowhere in the description did it say that full assembly is required. I opened the box to find 8 parts that need to be put together for a rather simple shower fixture. For the price paid, I expected it to arrive mostly in one piece - maybe just needing to screw the shower head on. Hopefully, a plumber can put this thing together for me. Having said that, CopperManCo was quick to respond to questions I had before ordering, and it was shipped surprisingly fast once I paid for my order. (That latter part makes sense now that I see no time was needed to actually assemble the shower fixture.)
