Please note that all orders shipped USPS First Class will normally take about 4-10 business days. Due to Covid19 and the ongoing issues that USPS faces, all orders are currently subject to delay, which may take even longer for the USPS facility to accept and scan our packages.
Once you receive the tracking number, our orders are normally IN HAND at the post office that same day or next day. However, there will be some orders that will say "shipping label created" with no update for a few days. Unfortunately, this is a result of the USPS delays that they've been experiencing and there is not much we can do except wait until the package gets through their facility.
If you have an event or wedding that is coming up, please send us a message first to make sure that we can get your order out in a timely manner. Please do not order items at the beginning of the week and expect items to arrive end of the week.
CAKE TOPPERS & CHRISTMAS ORDERS: Please order AT LEAST 2-3 weeks in advance for us to ship and package your order out in a timely manner.
PROOF OF DESIGN/MOCK-UPS: Please note that any requests of any mock-ups will delay your order from shipping by an additional 2-4 days.

My item was marked delivered but I didn't receive my item.
If you didn't receive your order and your order is marked delivered, please send us a message. We normally follow a 3-step system to find your order first before finalizing any decisions.
