1) Do the graphics I purchase come with commercial use rights? Can I use them on my products for sale?
✅ Yes! You are allowed to use the products you've purchased for commercial purposes — such as printing, engraving, or cutting them on your own items and then selling those items freely.
🚫 The only exception: You may not resell the digital files directly in any digital format.
2) I made a purchase, but when I downloaded the file, I only received a PDF with your store logo. Where are my files?
📦 Since we offer large bundles at affordable prices, Etsy's 100MB upload limit isn't sufficient for our files.
🔗 That's why we provide a Google Drive link inside the PDF you downloaded. Just click the “Click Here” text in the PDF — it will take you directly to your purchased files.
💌 If you have any trouble, don't worry! Just send us a message and we'll make sure you receive your download link.
3) I usually download files directly from Etsy. Why do you use Google Drive instead? I'm concerned about security.
🔐 Your concern is absolutely valid! But rest assured, we only use Google Drive because some of our files exceed Etsy's file size limit.
💡 The Google Drive link is permanent and safe — you can download your items anytime.

4) I bought a large bundle but I’m having trouble downloading it. The download keeps failing. What should I do?
🌐 If your internet connection is slow or unstable, a single drop in the connection may cause the entire download to fail.
🔄 We recommend downloading the files in smaller parts instead of trying to download everything at once.
📁 Your download link is always active and belongs to you — there's no rush.
💌 If the link ever stops working, simply message us and we’ll immediately send you a new one.
5) I have a [X brand] machine. Will these digital products work with it?
🛠️ As we specialize in design, we're not experts in every machine or its settings.
🎁 However, we're happy to offer a free sample file so you can test it yourself! Just send us a quick message saying "I'd like a sample file," and we’ll get it to you right away.
