Care instructions
To be sure that your jewelry pieces last as long as possible, we recommend removing them prior to bathing or going swimming to protect them.
Avoid your new piece(s) from coming into direct contact with hand sanitizer, harsh chemicals, chlorine, perfumes/body sprays, and lotions/creams.
To clean the 925 sterling silver you can use home remedies such as toothpaste or ketchup. To use this method, submerge your jewelry in a small bowl of ketchup or toothpaste, then let it sit for about 15 minutes. Wash the ketchup or toothpaste off in a mixture of warm water and dish soap, then rinse and buff dry with a microfiber cloth. Do not use a brush (e.g. toothbrush) as this can scratch the surface.
Gift wrapping and packaging
Unfortunately, we do not provide gift wrapping services.
Custom orders
We accept custom orders related to printed and embroidered items such as personalized T-shirts, Hoodies, Sweatshirts, etc. We do not personalize any of our Jewelry Collection pieces.
If you are interested in a custom order, please reach out to us at: CoquiCollectionShop@outlook.com or send us a message via Etsy. We will need details such as quantity, item color, text, font style, font color, etc. Photos are also of great help!
Custom orders can take up to 15 days to be processed from the moment the final design is approved by the customer. This timeframe does not consider shipping.
