I ordered three of the same custom prints and when their prints finally arrived they were good quality and pretty vibrant colors, but it does take a very long time to get your orders

The colors were very vibrant on the transfers and the quality was very good. However, it took well over a month to get the product after I ordered it and had to inquire multiple times about when they would be shipped and for tracking information and about where they were when they didn't arrive between the dates that were promised. The seller did refund half of the purchase price and did send me extra transfers but I ordered the transfers custom for a special event for my grandchildren and they didn't arrive in time for the event that they were actually ordered for.

The product itself is really good quality and the colors r perfect but it took almost a month and a half to get the transfers that I custom ordered....by custom order I just mean changing the color of 1 word from red to purple to match school colors. The seller did end up sending me extra transfers when I messaged her about the time it was taking to get my order and gave me 50% of my purchase price back but Bec of the length of time it took to get the transfer I didn't have them in time for the event they were ordered for.

This item is so vibrant in color! I love it! It definitely met my expectations.
