When will my order ship?
I take pride in being a fast shipper, and in-stock items will always ship within 1 or 2 business days. Tracking numbers will be provided as well! For pre-order items, please check the listing’s description for a timeframe of when you can expect your item to ship.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
All orders are shipped from Tennessee. If you live within the United States, you can expect your package to arrive in 2-3 days. International orders will take longer to be delivered to you. If you need an order by a certain date, I offer faster shipping options as well.
The character I want to order is sold out! Will you restock?
Yes! If your favorite character is out of stock, please check back at its listing periodically! Additionally, I’ll announce restocks on various social media platforms under my Twitter/X handle @CosChins, so feel free to follow if you wish to receive updates in advance! Though it may take a long time for less popular characters to be restocked.
Do you plan to make other characters from (insert franchise here)?
If a listing says “(Series 1)”, then that means another batch of characters will be coming soon!
Will you take custom design orders?
I’m afraid not! :( However, I will definitely take note of any requests you might have for future series and characters! So feel free to message me on any of the social media platforms I’m on!
