What is sublimation?
Sublimation printing is a printing process that uses special ink (sublimation ink), heat and pressure to transfer the special ink onto different materials.
Does sublimation crack or peel like vinyl?
Sublimation print quality is outstanding. You can print fine lines and details in multiple colors that will be vibrant and sharp. Since the color is embedded into fabric fibers, it doesn't wash out easily, and it doesn't crack or peel.
What type of shirts do you use?
Gildan soft style "heather" colors only. Due to the percentage of polyester and cotton (60/40) in the heather colored shirts, these are able to be bleached AND sublimated on without fading, cracking or peeling.
