Can I change the wording on the card?
Yes!
All of my cards are created by me, and so you can change any of the wording.
But please be aware that the length of the wording you want, vs the original, may affect the look of the card design-wise. I will have to make the font smaller if the personalised wording is too long.
If this is something you're worried about, let me know if you'd like an image sent of the card before I print it. Please note that this may mean your card will take a little longer to make, so please give plenty of time ♡
When can I expect my card to arrive?
All cards are dispatched the next working working day (Monday-Friday).
⚠️Cards ordered on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays will not be processed until Monday⚠️
They are dispatched via Royal Mail 1st Class and should be delivered the next working day, or the following working day.
Working days for Royal Mail are Monday-Saturday.
Please remember that when you place an order, you are agreeing to the terms of sale including the estimated delivery time you are given by Etsy.
I cannot accept fault for late cards when I have followed my dispatch deadline.
If your card has not been delivered after the latest estimated delivery day, please get in contact with me and I will try my best to resolve.
Can I add a message inside the card?
Yes!
When placing the order, select the option that you'd like to include a message. You can send the card to yourself (the buyer) or your recipient.
When completing the sale, please make sure you are putting in the address of where you want the card to go.
If you want the card sent to you, you will receive the card in a cello display bag with the card at the front and the kraft envelope behind.
If you choose to send it to the recipient, I will place their card inside of it's kraft envelope. They will still get their card sent out in a board-backed mailer envelope.
