4 out of 5 starsIt would have been great if the company that sent this product included some more information on origin, or even of their own company? I purchase on Etsy for a purpose, such as purchasing from smaller independent companies. I'm not sure I did, in the end.

5 out of 5 starsArrived quickly and securely packaged. Wing nut can be adjusted to make coarse granules for porridge or velvety fine flour for pastries. It takes a little effort to turn the stones but it's quieter and feels more natural than a loud impact mill I have tried previously. It does not heat the flour therefore preserving maximum nutrients. It's also so wonderful that the stones are not composite or artificially made, they are all natural material. Thank you for sharing this amazing craftmanship of historical significance!

5 out of 5 starsI really love it. The item starts with initial medium crunch which later turns creamy and envelops the mouth. It’s not sticky and makes for a nice snack. The crunchiness is what I love most about it. The taste is herbaceous earthy with slight milky tones. Reminds me of hazelnut clay or meadow. Great quality and quick shipping especially for the US. Will be ordering again!!!
