We want you to be happy with your purchase and find it useful! Each listing has detailed descriptions and sizing photos. Many personal accessories offer exchanges with a few not being eligible for return; yet we'll help you with any issue to make sure you are satisfied!
Per Etsy policy, customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Items returned to us will not be eligible for refund of initial shipping costs if part of one of our shipping promotions. We are not able to absorb that cost and appreciate your understanding. Open items not in original packaging will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Please reach out to us as you place your order. We have all had the random experience of an item not arriving in the mail. If this unfortunate, uncontrollable event occurs, please contact us! Within the United States, twenty days without product arrival will warrant action. Please reach out so we can arrange a more favorable outcome than a
missing item! Packages with the proper address returned to us as undeliverable will be refunded less the original shipping cost plus a $3.50 package fee.

As much as we LOVE Antique items, allergies don't allow our maker to be around Vintage smell - as we call it. We are careful to protect vintage fabrics, yet do have a protocol for items that may be a bit musty with age. No fragrances will be used to mask smell. If you have questions about your item's sanitizing process, please ask. If we're not able to return fabrics or items to smell neutral, we will donate rather than sell. We want you to know what the standards are and what you can expect. Sometimes this will limit supply; yet we think its entirely worth it!

Most quilted materials do well with a lukewarm wash on gentle using a garment bag. Many designs hold their shape best and have their life extended when air dried. Care instructions will be communicated along with your order. Message with any questions!
