I contacted CottageDyeworks because the yarn i received did not look like the pictures. Joey replied swiftly and apologized as a different skein got mailed out by accident. ... It's a gift to treasure and express. Inspiration can be gained from a boldly painted masterpiece, or from the subtle touch of an interesting texture. My own inspiration flows into expression through my favorite medium: Fiber Arts!

As a Dyer and Handspinner, working with beautiful, saturated color and bold texture is pure joy. It brings me happiness when my lovingly handpainted yarns and fibers move on to be featured in other Fiber Artists work. A Cottage Dyeworks batt or roving is perfect for use in your own spinning or felting projects. In addition, yarns spun from my own creative fiber preparations, are great for those who don't spin but want to use handspun yarns in their projects.
