Welcome to Cottage Pixie!
Simpel gezegd, ik hou van naaien en quilten! Ik naai al sinds ik me kan herinneren en na al die jaren heeft het nog steeds iets magisch om iets moois te maken van stukjes stof, ritsen en biezen.
Cottage Pixie is een uitdrukking van mijn liefde voor kleur, textuur en patronen. Ik ben dol op kleur en ik hoop dat dit terugkomt in mijn gestikte items voor thuis: kussenslopen, tafellinnen, tafellopers en gordijnen. Ik heb ook een nieuwe lijn zakjes met rits toegevoegd met funky, moderne, kleurrijke katoenen stoffen. Er is langzaam een lijn prachtig gestikte moderne babyquilts en babydekentjes toegevoegd, maar... blijf op de hoogte voor meer!
Als enthousiaste supporter van handgemaakte en onafhankelijke ambachtslieden en kunstenaars is Etsy de perfecte community geweest om mijn kleine winkeltje op te bouwen. Elk item in mijn winkel wordt door mij genaaid en ik ben trots op mijn hoogwaardige afwerking. Als ik het niet in mijn huis zet, zet ik het ook niet in mijn winkel.

Simply put, I love to sew and quilt! I’ve been sewing ever since I can remember and, after all these years, there is still something magical to creating something beautiful from bits of fabric, zippers, and trims.
Cottage Pixie is an expression of my love for color, texture, and patterns. I adore color and I hope it comes through in my stitched items for the home: pillow covers, table linens, table runners, and draperies. I’ve also added a new line of zipper pouches using funky, modern colorful cotton fabrics. A line of beautifully stitched modern baby quilts and baby blankets has been added slowly, but…stayed tuned for more!
As an enthusiastic supporter of handmade and independent craft persons and artists, Etsy has been the perfect community in which to build my little shop. Every item in my shop is sewn by me and I pride myself in high-quality workmanship. If I won’t put it in my home, I won’t put it in my shop.
