Gathered Manor sells vintage and antique items. As such, some items might contain minor flaws, or signs of wear. Please read all listing descriptions and view all listing photos to ensure you are aware of the condition of the item you are purchasing and will be happy with your order!

Gathered Manor processes most orders within 1–3 business days. Please note our lamps are built to order in house, so please allow approximately one week for lamp orders to ship.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. All items are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive safely. If shipping overages are charged, the difference will be refunded once your order has shipped.

Please double check your shipping address at checkout, as we are often unable to make changes once an order has been placed.

All orders are insured and packaged with care. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of both the item and packaging so we can assist you promptly. Note that claims made outside the 48-hour window may not be accepted.

Gathered Manor is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages once marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. Any delivery-related claims must be filed directly with the carrier. We’re happy to assist with any information you may need for the process.
