What is your return and refund policy?
A: We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive the item in its original condition, we offer a 100% refund of the item’s price. Custom orders are non-returnable unless damaged or incorrect. If your item arrives damaged or wrong, contact us within 3 days with photos—we’ll cover return shipping and issue a full refund or replacement.
