She was so patient with me, and kept me informed along the way. Not to mention how fast it got to me! This review was way overdue. I am so so happy with the product I received and cannot wait to give it to my friend for her baby shower!

Otter was made and shipped quite fast and since it was a gift to my sister she sent me a photo of the finished plush when she sent it out. My sister was so surprised and in LOVE with her otter, especially since I was able to request it to be made in her favorite colors. I have myself the Dino and know that the yarn is amazingly soft and quality is top notch. These plushies are certainly wonderful gifts for babies and little ones. And those like me and my sister who just love cute and soft animals. I am certain this will not be my last purchase from this seller!

Most of Cottontail Items are washable. I would recommend washing your items on delicate with mild soap and cold water. I also recommend washing your handmade item in a mesh bag to preserve the authenticity of your item. Non-cotton items are better lay to dry.
