Counterhoard Tokens started at the kitchen table—between late-night Commander games, piles of dice, and way too many tokens scattered across the battlefield.
We’re a husband-and-wife team who both fell in love with Magic: The Gathering long before we ever thought about running a shop. What started as a shared hobby quickly became a shared creative outlet. We were always searching for tokens and counters that felt more fun, more thematic, and more “us.” When we couldn’t find exactly what we wanted, we decided to make our own.
What began as a small side project turned into Counterhoard Tokens—a shop built by players, for players.
Every design is inspired by our own decks, our favorite mechanics, and the moments that make tabletop gaming special. From silly tokens that make the whole table laugh, to practical counters that keep the game running smoothly, everything we create is something we’d happily use in our own games.
Because we’re a small, family-run shop, each item is carefully printed, packed, and shipped by us. No big warehouse, no assembly line—just two Magic players who love what they do and appreciate every single order.
