Effective April 2020 until ?

Due to the Covid 19 pandemic and up until the said pandemic has been declared over, We will not be accepting any item returns nor issuing any replacements or refunds for returns UNLESS we issue a notice to the customer otherwise. Returns that are allowed and only via OUR permission will those that show our mfg defect and must match our pre-shipment photo records. Items damaged in shipment will require that the customer file a claim with the shipping agent, not us. Any returns are at the customers expense and replacement will be paid for by us back to the customer.

Once the pandemic has been declared 'OVER', we will then go back to our normal return policy.

Effective June 08, 2021
Due to an attempt by either a customer or Etsy to commit fraud against us in issuing a refund back to the customer without any complaint and then refusing to explain to us why, we now must change our shipping policy. The new policy will be that all orders will be shipped once we have received payment in our bank from Etsy anywhere from 2 to 8 days after order placement.

Sorry, but we will not be cheated by customers nor Etsy.

This store, along with our other store, Hillbillies Loot are both currently being combined into a new store, DJ's Attic Deals. All of this should take about 60 days or so to complete, once completed, this and Hillbillies Loot will be closed, so be sure to catch us at the NEW location, DJ'sAtticDeals....

Also, if you have an order that has been shipped but not delivered, and there is a notation on the tracking that your order will arrive late, we ask that you do not contact us in regards to this issue. We are not responsible for the actions of the shipping agent and you must contact them yourself if you have concerns.

Effective May 01, 2020 ....  We are currently open for normal operations, however, we will ONLY be shipping orders on Tuesday of each week regardless of when the order was placed. Example: if you order on a Sunday, your order will process on the Mon, Tues or Wed and will then ship out on the next Tues.

Ever though our Etsy store is open 24/7, our business operations is Monday - Friday, 10am to 6pm EST. We are 'CLOSED' after 6pm, all weekends and holidays and or any other times as posted. Thanks.

Notice: Recently, there has been an increase in people and clubs asking for donations for their fundraising events in their area.

Although, we wish to say Thank You for looking at our products and for considering them for your fundraising event, and we are sure that your event is a worthy cause, however we must decline your request for a number of reasons.

One, this past election year was a hard one for any business and sales were not up to par. Two, our parent company, ‘The Backwoodz Executives’, makes donations to several local charities and fundraising events throughout the year. Although these types of events are important everywhere, we feel that our people at home need help too, so we prefer to give back to those that supported us when we needed them to get started.
