Are Purchases Insured?
Items do not have insurance this an add on item at check out. Select the insurance option. You will receive tracking information immediately upon shipment. If the item is delayed, lost or if the carrier misdelivers your package this is not our responsibility. Please do not contact us there is nothing we can do. In the case an item is lost/misdelivered you would open a claim with usps. We do not do this for you.
Item Size
Please check the dimensions on the details section of each listing to see the sizes of the products. Some of the models are size 0.
Custom and personalized orders
Since every item is pre-made, We do NOT accept custom orders.... Thank you for asking.
Returns
Returns are accepted. Please contact me within FOUR days of item delivery.
Item must be in brand new tags attached. The buyer will be responsible for shipping charges BOTH WAYS. I do NOT charge a restocking fee, and unfortunately I do still lose money on Etsy fees in a return. If the item is free shipping, please understand your credit is issued a refund MINUS cost of shipping. Countryside Co. is NOT responsible for lost parcels. If you can't abide by the return policy please DO NOT order.
Cowhides
Every item is made of unique new cowhides no two are like. The items are real cowhide and leather and there can be small defects. Bags in the pictures have been sold. If you would like to pick your hide send us a message and we will send you pictures of instock hides.
