We accept payments through via PayPal.

All orders will be shipped via USPS first class with Confirmation within 2-8 days after receiving payment. Please make sure that your address is 100% correct and there are no mistakes. We are not responsible to re-ship if your address has changed from that on your account or if you do not sign for package on time and it is send back to us.
Delivery takes an average of 1 to 3 weeks to all countries from the SHIPMENT DATE. Due to postal services and customs clearance, please allow up to 5 weeks.


DELIVERY CAN BE LATE BECAUSE:
-Some countries customs clearance offices run extra checks at peak times, this could be due to high security alerts, threats, or additional training. These are for your protection and safety. If you are concerned about delivery times, please speak to your local postal service provider.

-Extreme weather conditions like hurricanes, tornadoes, floods, earthquakes may effect delivery times. You can get up to date reports from your shipping providers' website and if they are experiencing any delays.

-Public holidays can cause delays in packages being delivered. To check postal service public holidays, visit their website or local office to obtain information.

-Postal strikes will slow the delivery process down considerably. Please check your postal service website for updates and reports.

-Double check around the house to be sure that it didn't arrive. Maybe another member of the house or neighbor may have accepted the delivery and not told you, the note left by the courier may have slipped under a carpet for example.
-Did you give us the correct address? Please ensure your address was written correctly on your invoice.

-Your mailbox outside is full. Couriers will not wish to damage your package by forcing it into a full mailbox. So they may leave a note stating that they tried to delivery.

-Were you available to accept the delivery? Some mailboxes are too small to fit our packages so they will need to be either left with a neighbor or taken from the courier directly. If you were not around to accept delivery then a note may or may not be left for you to contact the postal office to rearrange a more suitable delivery time.

Wallpaper is self-adhesive, "peel-and-stick", temporary wallpaper that eliminates the need for paste or water. Simply remove it’s backing and adhere to a smooth, primed and painted surface. Just peel off to remove. With your ordered wallpaper pieces you will receive applying step by step instruction.

PRODUCTION TIMES

All items in our shop are handmade, so it takes around week for production after I have received order and payment.

Production may take as little as 1 business day or as much as 7 business days because of many orders, important festival, raw material delivery delay or many other reasons.

* We recommend applying wallpaper to smooth surfaces. It is also recommended that you apply wallpaper to surfaces that have been painted with an eggshell or satin finish. Applications on matte or flat paints are not recommended. After painting your wall please wait about 2-3 weeks to apply wallpaper.
** Wallpaper is not washable.
*** Colors may appear different depending on monitor settings.
