How can I tell if a product is digital or physical?
Each listing clearly states whether the product is a digital download or a physical item. Digital products are delivered electronically and no physical item will be shipped. Physical products are produced and shipped to the address entered during checkout.
DIGITAL PRODUCTS — What will I receive?
For listings marked as digital downloads, you will receive the files, instructions, or editable template described in the individual listing. No physical product will be shipped.
DIGITAL PRODUCTS — Do I need Canva Pro?
No. Our editable Canva templates are designed to work with a free Canva account unless the individual listing states otherwise.
DIGITAL PRODUCTS — Where can I find my download?
After your payment is confirmed, sign in to Etsy using a web browser and go to Purchases and Reviews. Select Download Files next to your order. Digital downloads may not be available through the Etsy app.
PHYSICAL PRODUCTS — How are the items produced and shipped?
Our physical products are made to order with the help of trusted production partners. Once production is complete, the item will be shipped directly to the address entered during checkout. Processing and delivery estimates are shown in each listing.
PHYSICAL PRODUCTS — Will the item look exactly like the photos?
We make every effort to represent our products accurately. Colors may appear slightly different depending on screen settings, lighting, materials, and the production process. Small variations in placement or finish may also occur with made-to-order products.
PHYSICAL PRODUCTS — What if my order arrives damaged or defective?
Please contact us as soon as possible and include clear photos of the item, packaging, and the problem. We will review the issue and help find an appropriate solution.
PHYSICAL PRODUCTS — Can I change my shipping address?
Please contact us immediately if you entered the wrong shipping address. Once the order has entered production or has been shipped, we may not be able to change the address.

Please contact us as soon as possible. Because physical products may be made to order, changes or cancellations may not be possible once production has started.
