How long does it take to produce and ship an order?

Please keep in mind that these are ESTIMATED times, and each shirt is different.
SWEATSHIRTS:
∙ Production time: 2 to 5 business days.
∙ Shipping time: US - 2 to 5 business days, Canada/International - 10 to 25 business days
Total delivery time: 4–10 business days in the US, 12–30 business days in Canada and the rest of the world
T-SHIRTS:
∙ Processing time: 3 to 6 business days
∙ Shipping time: US - 2 to 4 business days, Canada - 6 to 10 business days, International - 6 to 12 business days
∙ TOTAL delivery time: US - 5 to 10 business days, Canada - 9 to 16 business days, International - 9 to 18 business days
Do you offer custom and personalized orders?
Unfortunately, we do not currently offer the option for custom or personalized orders.
What is the return and exchange policy?
Since all of our products are custom made, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for size and color changes. All purchases are final. However, if you encounter any problems with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue!
Are the shirts true to size?
Our shirts are designed to be unisex, and tend to fit slightly bigger on women. Many women choose their usual size for a relaxed fit. For an oversized fit, we suggest going up 1 or 2 sizes.
It's important to check the size chart provided in each product listing before making your purchase.
If you're unsure of what size to choose, we recommend comparing the measurements to your favorite sweatshirt.
