I. Subject matter of privacy policy
This Privacy Policy applies to information that the Contractor receives from Users through the Site. Personal information should only be provided to access certain features and services of the Site.
If the User does not use such features or services on the Site, only information is collected that does not identify the user and is impersonal data: for example, a list of web pages viewed.
To access some of the other features of the Site, the User must be provided with information that allows him to identify (hereinafter referred to as "Personal Information"): name and surname, e-mail address, telephone, etc.
The User is responsible for the accuracy of the Personal Data which he provides to the Contractor. In case of providing unreliable data, the User will not be able to use all the functions of the Site and receive useful information, and the Contractor will not be able to contact the User. For example, it is always necessary to ensure that the user is provided with a valid e-mail address, as this is one of the main ways of communicating with the User.
By providing Personal Information, the User agrees that the Contractor may collect, use and disclose it in accordance with the provisions of this Privacy Policy and the Public Offer, as well as the requirements of the legislation of Ukraine.
If the User does not agree with these terms, then the User has the right not to provide the Contractor with his Personal data. In this case, some Site services will become unavailable to the User.
II. Consent to the processing of personal data
In accordance with the terms of this consent to the processing of personal data, the User of services by filling in and submitting an electronic form on the current site confirms that he is acquainted with and agrees with the terms of the Public Offer and in accordance with Art. 11 of the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Personal Data" of 01.06.2010 No. 2297-VI voluntarily provides to the Individual entrepreneur John and his authorized representatives and officials his consent for processing without any restrictions of personal data of the User specified in electronically and voluntarily provided by the User for the purpose of processing, in the database of personal data «Clients.
Consent to the processing of personal data is provided by the User in order to ensure the implementation of civil-law relations, as well as relations in the field of advertising and marketing, in accordance with the Civil Code of Ukraine, the Law of Ukraine "On Advertising", the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection", and other legal acts.
The User grants the Contractor and / or any third parties the right to provide him with any information of a commercial and / or informational nature about the activity of the Contractor and / or any third parties by email, telephone and / or SMS, as well as any other means of communication.
The User also confirms his consent to the transfer by the Contractor of his personal data, included in the database of personal data "Clients", to the personal data holders and any third parties, solely for the purpose stated above. The user does not require to receive the message on transfer (distribution) to the managers and third parties of his personal data included in the specified personal data database.
Consent to the processing of personal data is provided to the Contractor indefinitely.
By filling in and submitting an electronic form to the Contractor, the User confirms that he is informed about the inclusion of his personal data in the database of personal data "Clients" belonging to the Contractor, the purpose of collecting and processing personal data (according to the purpose stated in this document) rights under Art. 8 of the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Personal Data", according to which a data subject is entitled:
- to know about the sources of collection, the location of their personal data, the purpose of their processing, the location or place of residence (stay) of the owner or the holder of personal data, or to give an appropriate instruction for receiving this information to authorized persons, except as required by law;
- to receive information about the conditions of access to personal data, including information about third parties to whom his personal data is transferred;
- to access their personal data;
receive, no later than thirty calendar days from the date of receipt of the request, except in cases provided for by law, whether his personal data are processed, and receive the contents of such personal data;
- to make a motivated request to the owner of personal data with objection to the processing of their personal data;
- to make a reasoned request to change or destroy their personal data by any owner and manager of personal data, if such data is processed illegally or is unreliable;
- to protect their personal data from unlawful processing and accidental loss, destruction, damage due to deliberate concealment, failure to provide or timely provision thereof, as well as to protect from the provision of information that is untrue or defects the honor, dignity and business reputation of an individual;
- to file complaints about the processing of personal data with the Commissioner or in court;
- to apply remedies in case of violation of the legislation on protection of personal data;
- make reservations about restricting the right to process their personal data when giving consent;
- withdraw consent to the processing of personal data;
- to know the mechanism of automatic processing of personal data;
protection against an automated solution that has legal consequences for him.
III. Privacy and Security of Personal Data
The Contractor takes the confidentiality and security of Users personal data very seriously. The Contractor adheres to standard physical, electronic and procedural security measures in order to protect the data identifying the identity of Users. Since it is impossible to ensure absolute security when transferring data on the Internet, the Contractor cannot guarantee the safety of the data identifying the Users of the user: there is a risk that attackers can circumvent our security system or intercept the transfer of User information on the Internet. The user is required to keep credentials secret and bears full responsibility for this. Please note that emails and other messages transmitted through the Site or the Contractor's mail are not encrypted.
IV. Changes to the Privacy Policy
From time to time, the Contractor revises measures to ensure confidentiality, including the provisions of the Privacy Policy.
All changes and updates take effect immediately after their publication on the Site. After making changes to the Privacy Policy, the Contractor notifies this within a reasonable time: publishes a message on the main page of the Site and changes the effective date located at the bottom of this page. The Contractor recommends periodically reviewing this page to keep abreast of the latest changes to the Privacy Policy.
