The staff replied promptly, making me feel secure. Later, extra shipping fees put the order over budget. They kindly offered alternatives, but I regretfully decided to cancel. Then, incredibly, they offered to cover the extra cost! I cannot put into words how grateful I am. Their hospitality goes far beyond standard business. This book is a treasured keepsake. I recommend this shop from the bottom of my heart and will share this experience with family, friends, and on social media! The book is just lovely, and I can’t wait to show it to my baby! Our message only just fitted the page - and it was only a couple of sentences. Other than that - its fantastic 👌🏻

The illustrations are beautiful, soft, and high quality, and the whole book feels very thoughtful and unique. The process was also super easy, and the digital download made everything quick and convenient. Such a lovely keepsake and a perfect gift — especially for a first birthday. I highly recommend it!

1 out of 5 starsTo be honest I'm really disappointed. I had issues with delivery as it was delayed twice, which was not the fault of sender but as a result had a refund. However upon its arrival I would have been extremely upset had it cost me anything! There is no story, grammatically incorrect with incorrect punctuation. I may not be perfect but this is shocking! Images are cut due to binding, for example one page my child has one eye. Lots of rhyme but absolutely no plot or story, American spelling too. Overall (in theme of the book) - Mommy unhappy- Book is crappy!

We’re sorry the book did not meet your expectations. Although the delivery delays were outside our control, we were happy to provide a refund for this. Following your feedback, we have updated our layouts to ensure characters and important illustrations remain clear of the centre binding. As our stories are personalised, they are carefully developed around each child’s age and theme, and have been enjoyed by many of our customers.
