Shipping
All the items are shipped via registered priority shipment from our Lithuanian Post.
Shipping time after the dispatch :
- US / Canada / Australia takes 2-4 WEEKS after the dispatch! Usually 2 but if there are a rush period in the post office it can take longer. On Christmas time - expect up to 4 weeks to reach you!
- EU takes 1-2 WEEKS (in worst cases 3).
- Asia, Africa, South America - 2-4 WEEKS.
Delays / Holiday Shipping
Possible shipping delays may occur due to mail carrier service policies. These may include weekends, public holidays, mail carrier service closures, wheather delays. Post office on Holiday time is very slow, so I am not responsible if the purchase does not arrive on time :( So it would be great if you make order in advance so that it could reach you until the holidays :) Thank you so much for your understanding :)
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
Refund / Return Policy
We will make you a refund if the product is not as described.
If you are unhappy in anyway with your purchase you can return it and receive a refund (without the shipping price). The item must be in original (new and unused) condition. Please contact us prior to shipping. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition the buyer is responsible for any loss in value or no refund at all. Refund after return.
More than 4 weeks has passed. Where is my item?
If you do not get your item in 4 WEEKS call to your post office to ask about it. Tell them your registration code (you will it get when the item will be dispatched). Most of the time the package is in the post office because the buyer was not available while postman tried to deliver it. The post holds the unclaimed packages for 20 days! After that they send it back to Lithuania!
GERMANY: In GERMANY unclaimed parcel stays in the post office much shorter period of time. So if you did not receive your parcel within 2 weeks and you are from Germany, call to your post office to ask about it!
