My package is taking longer than expected to arrive. What should I do?
I ship all packages with via USPS, which has been experiencing delays due to increased volume and staffing shortages because of COVID-19. If your package becomes lost or is significantly delayed, I encourage you to submit a Missing Mail Search Request from USPS. It is a simple process in which the postal service will work with your local post office to help search for your package. If your package is not found, a refund will be issued 60 days after the ship date.
