CraftCostSheets

CraftCostSheets is a digital-download shop on Etsy. This policy explains what personal information I receive when you buy from me and how I use it.

Information I receive: when you place an order, Etsy shares your name, your Etsy username, your email address and the order details with me. I do not collect payment card details; Etsy processes all payments.

How I use it: only to deliver your order, answer your messages and help if a file does not work for you. The legal basis is performing our contract (your purchase) and my legitimate interest in supporting customers.

Sharing: I do not sell or rent your information, and I do not use it for advertising. It stays inside Etsy, except where the law requires otherwise.

How long I keep it: order records are kept as long as needed for tax and accounting rules, then deleted.

Your rights: you can ask to see, correct or delete the information I hold about you, or object to its use. Send me a message on Etsy and I will reply. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

Contact: please use Etsy Messages to reach CraftCostSheets.
