Returns and exchanges
Refunds and exchanges are given if items purchased are sent back at buyers own expense within 5 business days of being received in original condition (packaging not opened, yarn not used, fabric not cut). Please contact me if you will be returning your item. Refunds will be issued upon receipt of items.
Payment
Paypal, personal checks, echecks, and money orders accepted. Orders paid by check or money order will be held until payment is received and clears in the bank. Echeck orders will be held until echeck clears. Tax is 7% if ordering from Iowa, because that's where I live :)

If you need to cancel your order, please just convo me and let me know. I can cancel it no problem, no questions asked, no hard feelings. If payment is not received within 5 business days of order being placed and you do not respond to correspondences to make other arrangements (cancelation, other payment method, etc), Craft Leftovers reserves the right to cancel the order and will report non payment to etsy.
Shipping
All orders are shipped within 2 business days of payment being received except Craft Leftovers Monthly pre-orders, which are shipped on the specified date. All orders are shipped by first class USPS unless otherwise stated in the listing (Honey Bunny and Cherry Chirp kits by priority mail for US orders). If package is lost in the mail, Craft Leftovers cannot be held liable and a refund will not be given for lost packages, though I will try to do everything in my power to help you track it down. Insurance for your order can be arranged at additional cost to the buyer.
