We do not offer returns or exchanges on any items.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
I currently have a 2 week processing time. This is the time BEFORE your order ships. Orders containing only balloons or other commercially produced items (plates, napkins, etc) will ship sooner (2-7 business days).
Delivery estimates for each shipping method can be found below, this is how long delivery takes AFTER an order has been shipped. Please note that the delivery estimates generated by Etsy at checkout are wrong 99% of the time.

I'm in the US, will I be charged tariffs on my order?
Most of the items I make are eligible to enter the US tariff free (no tariffs) under the CUSMA/USMCA. If there are tariffs owing on any of the items in your order they are included in your shipping price. You will not be charged more at time of delivery.
