It varies. With pins, there has to be viable interest in a restock, otherwise I cannot afford to have more pins produced. I will offer restock preorders in order to help pay for restocked pins, however if I do not receive enough preorders I will be unable to restock them. If you wish to request a restock, you are able to do so on the sold out listing.

When it comes to the custom Funkos I sell on my Etsy, I typically make those from spare parts, which therefore can make it difficult to duplicate them. If you are interested in a specific Funko, approach me via Instagram instead (@sarahndipitous_reads) and we can talk about a custom commission.

Prior to leaving a negative review, I kindly ask that you first reach out to me via private message to see if we can resolve the issue first. If you simply are unhappy with your purchase, you are free to send it back to me for a full refund. Once I receive the returned item, I will refund you your money. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping it back to me.

If your item arrives damaged, please send me photos of the damage and I will send you a replacement, if possible, free of charge. If I am unable to send a replacement, you will receive a full or partial refund, depending on the severity of the damage.

No. The prices I have set encompass the materials used to make the item as well as the time it took me to make it. Asking me to lower any price to one you believe to be more reasonable is equivalent to saying that you do not value the time or effort I put into the item. I kindly ask that you do not attempt to barter with me.

The minimum shipping costs for international orders can range anywhere from $10-$14 depending on your address. These are the rates put into place by the United States Postal Service, which is my preferred mail carrier for shipping orders due to their rates and reliability. The only way I could offer cheaper shipping to international customers is by offering shipping with no tracking or insurance, which is not something I am comfortable doing. Shipping orders without tracking increases the risk of my business getting scammed, and with the US offering no free protections against lost mail, I cannot afford to offer free tracking/insurance. You're understanding regarding this matter is appreciated.

All pin preorders ship approximately 6-10 weeks following the placement of your order, however, there are a number of things that can cause delays. Some of these issues include the pins being manufactured incorrectly and having to be remade, delays due to limited staff as a result of COVID, and/or pins being more elaborate and difficult to produce than typical pins (i.e. chains, cut outs, and other special options). Etsy only allows a maximum shipping time of 10 weeks, so when issues such as the ones listed occur, your order could be delayed. If you have any concerns regarding delays, or if you wish to cancel your order, message me and I will be happy to help you.

If your order has not been delivered, and more than two weeks have passed without the tracking being updated, please reach out to me. If I can determine that your order has in fact not been delivered and/or was lost in the mail, I can offer you a full refund, or a replacement if possible.
