Can I get a refund if I made a mistake on my badge order? (badge orientation, badge title, flower colors, wrong mailing address, etc)
I understand mistakes do happen... As posted on the Badge Buddy listing photo, I have a 5 hr window time for customers to make a correction on an order. However, because badge buddies are customized for each customer & each piece is a made to order product, I do not accept refunds or exchanges for badges where there was an incorrect information (whether it be a badge title, orientation, or wrong mailing address). I kindly ask my customers to please double check important details before submitting a purchase.
