★ Can you make [item] into [keychain/earrings/necklace/etc]?
Absolutely! If you, for example, see a listing that's just earrings, but you'd love it in a necklace/pin/keychain/etc., send me a message & I'll set up a new listing and adjust the hardware accordingly.

★ Can you make [earrings] into clip-on earrings?
Yes! Just tell me you need clip-ons and I will custom make them how you need them!

Each item comes inside a mesh giftbag, beautifully packaged and with extra goodies like candy, stickers, tea, & more. When a gift-wrapping fee is paid for, an additional layer of wrapping is added in the form of tissue paper, ribbons, etc. If you need specific or customized gift-wrapping, please contact me & I will do the best I can.

1. Apply any lotions, creams, sprays, colognes or perfumes before putting jewelry on.
2. Store your pieces in a cool, dry place, out of direct sunlight or extreme heat/moisture. The pouch your item arrives in will work, or in a box or drawer.
3. Avoid showering, washing hands, or swimming with pieces on.
4. Remove your pieces before going to sleep to avoid damage.
5. Clay is pretty durable, but try not to drop or toss/throw your clay pieces or they may break.

★ FOOD ALLERGIES: I include some snacks in my giftbags, which can have things like fruity candy & tea. Common flavours will include berries, grape, pomegranate, lavender, etc. If you have any kind of allergies that may be within candy/tea, please let me know, so that I can avoid them.
★ TREE-NUT ALLERGIES: I will never include any snacks that contain peanuts, almonds, cashews, walnuts, pecans, coconut, or any other kind of nut ingredients.

★ COMMON ALLERGIES: Home has cats & smoke. Items will arrive to you clean & smelling fresh. If you have severe or life-threatening allergies to cats/smoke, please order at your own risk.
★ AIRBORNE ALLERGIES: I may include things like: a tiny scoop of lavender, or a spritz of scented air freshener, or small piece of a scented dryer sheet to give a boost of freshness. If any of these will cause you allergic reactions (or other health issues), please get in contact with me & I will remove them from your order.

★ METAL ALLERGIES: All of the metals I use are nickel-free, made from either titanium or stainless/surgical steel (some may be plated/treated to have different colours). Nickel is the metal most commonly associated with being allergic to jewelry & turning your skin green.

📬 RETURN POLICY 📬
★ DAMAGED ITEMS: I will ship out a replacement for anything that arrives chipped, broken or otherwise damaged or breaks after arrival. You can also choose a refund if you prefer. Either method requires the buyer to ship the item back to me (your choice of broken items or entire order) before replacement/refund can be issued.
★ UNDAMAGED (UNWANTED) ITEMS: I do not accept returns for items that are undamaged but unwanted or the buyer has changed their mind after purchase. Please be sure you would like the item before placing an order.
★ EARRING RETURNS: I cannot accept returns/refunds on earrings (even if you have not yet worn them), as due to health & safety reasons, I do not resell earrings that have been handled/worn.

★ CARRIER: USPS
★ SCHEDULE: Monday-Tuesdays
★ NOTICE: Please be aware that there is an extra holiday shipping fee added by post offices, as well as shipping delays, during certain times of the year. This is out of my control.
★ INTERNATIONAL: Shipping out of the USA is $60 minimum thru USPS, therefore it cannot be offered at all due to costs. I apologize to interested international shoppers.

Please get in touch with me ASAP! I offer a lifetime warranty on my pieces, so if something breaks, even 1 year after you purchased it, please reach out to me & I will happily replace it. If you would like to request a replacement, I do require a photo of the damaged item (it helps me learn as an artist to see what went wrong). Replacements are free, meaning I will send you a new, similar item at no cost for the item & new shipping; however, the buyer will need to cover the $4 cost to return the broken item to me. You may also choose a refund if you'd rather a refund over a replacement, but both methods will require the item(s) sent back to me; once received I can initiate the refund/replacement process for you.
