Digital Design License & Usage Policy (Limited Commercial Use)

By purchasing this digital product (including but not limited to: digital art, emotes, templates, graphics, and sticker files), you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Ownership & Copyright (IP)

* **You DO NOT own the copyright.** The copyright and intellectual property rights of this design remain with the original artist (**Crafted Fandom**) at all times.
* The purchase of this file grants you a limited, non-transferable license to use the design as outlined below.

2. Permitted Commercial Use (What You CAN Do)

You are granted permission to use this design for commercial purposes *as an integrated component* of a new, distinct, and final physical or digital product, provided the design cannot be easily extracted or resold on its own.

**Examples of ALLOWED Use:**

* **Physical Product Integration:** Using the design on physical items for sale, such as a sticker, graphic, or component on a:
* Mug, T-Shirt, or apparel (via Printify/Print on Demand).
* Discord server banner, profile picture, or channel icon.
* Packaging, flyers, or marketing materials for your own business.
* **Digital Product Integration:** Using the design as a non-extractable element within a larger digital product you sell, such as a:
* Final, flattened **Discord Server Template**.
* Finished **Overlay** or **Banner** for a streaming channel.
* **Personal Use:** Unlimited personal use for yourself and your own projects.

3. Prohibited Use (What You CANNOT Do)

You may **NOT** use the design in any way that is in direct competition with the original shop or that involves the transfer or resale of the original design file.

**Examples of STRICTLY PROHIBITED Use (No Resale / No Redistribution):**

* **NO Reselling the Digital File:** You may not sell, redistribute, share, sublicense, or give away the original digital file(s) in any format (e.g., JPEG, PNG, ZIP, etc.), even if altered or modified. (Unlesss you specificly bought it for someone else)
* **NO Selling as Digital Stock:** You may not sell the design on its own as a digital file, clip art, digital stamp, or digital sticker pack.
* **NO Uploading to Stock Sites:** You may not upload the design to any stock image, clip art, or graphics website (free or paid).
* **NO Claiming as Your Own:** You may not claim the artwork as your own creation.
* **NO Template Resale:** You may not use the design as a primary or secondary element in a digital template (like a Canva or Photoshop template) that is sold to a third party.
