5 out of 5 starsThis is fantastic! It came out even better than I had imagined it would and it is incredibly comfortable. The fit is perfect and the detail is top-notch! It took a while to arrive, but because it is custom-made that makes perfect sense. To that end the shipping receives top marks from me because I anticipated it taking longer than it actually did. Customer service was great, and while it sometimes took a bit to hear back when I had a question I was never ignored and always received an answer.

5 out of 5 starsturn around time for my specific order was longer (15 weeks) but I think thats because I ordered a coat not a jacket but the results were well worth the wait. I purchased this coat for a cosplay but I think it'll also be my daily wear during the cold months as well. the seller made sure I got exactly what I ordered from the color match to pockets everything, however I didn't size my sleeve length correct and didnt know until I received the coat but silver lining its off by about 2 in which isn't bad ill just have to double check that stuff next time
