I actually ended up ordering 3 in total because of how much I loved the first one!! I will be reordering again, in the very near future. Items are handmade so please be patient when ordering, but everything is so worth it!! Very high quality and very impressive. Thank you so much and I look forward to speaking again!

Do you offer cancellations ?
We do not offer money back , returns , or cancellations on all orders.
Are tumblers ready to ship?
No , all tumblers are made to order and processing time is 10-12 weeks please keep this in mind when placing an order.
What if my package didn't arrive ?
Once your order leaves our hands and is handed to UPS or USPS we are not responsible for it. If your package is lost , stolen , delayed or damaged please contact UPS or USPS to file a claim with them.
What if there is a issue with my order?
If there is anything wrong with your order please contact me to discuss the issue. I try my best to fix any issues with orders and to make things right. If you have to ship anything back to me to fix I do not provide return label and I do not issue reimbursement for the cost of the label.
