3 out of 5 starsCustomer service was great! The buttons on the jacket are not metal it's cheap plastic buttons nothing a trip to hobby lobby cant fix but shouldn't have to. And surprise $21.50 for shipping that i was not informed of until the day it was supposed to be delivered got it 3 days after. And outside zipper is for show so it's big in the stomach area.

We’re sorry to hear about your experience. The order was dispatched to the exact address provided at checkout, and we have proof of the shipping label used at the time of dispatch. According to the courier tracking, the parcel has been successfully delivered, and we also have proof of delivery (POD) confirming this.

1 out of 5 starsI ordered a custom-made jacket for $328 and received one that was way too big 😡🤬! The seller only responded to my complaint after I sent out a plea for help. According to him, the loss is my responsibility, as no refund or return is possible! Avoid this shop whenever possible 👎🏼!!! There are much better alternatives on Etsy.
