Custom and personalized orders

To provide you with quality products at fair prices, we accept wholesale custom orders only. If you would like to see a new product, feel free to convo me and ask. We will let you know if we can provide you with that item.

Care instructions

Most of the items in my shop are of brass which is a pretty sensitive material.
It is normal for brass to darken over time. It is not defective or damaged. Please leave away from water and air to prevent the item from darkening quickly. But if you'd like to darken, those are some of the best natural ways.

To renew it's shine, dab a cotton ball or swab in olive oil and rub the chain or charm for it to look as good as new.

Gift wrapping and packaging

All orders are placed into small baggies, wrapped in recycled or sustainably sourced tissue paper. Standard orders are placed in a (usually) recycled poly mailer, upgrades are in USPS flate rate packaging. Gift wrapping is available at an extra cost. Please convo me if you'd like gift wrapping.

We understand the impact of our choices.

In the past few months, We've been working closely with new suppliers and manufacturers to bring new and existing products to our store. These products are made in audited factories by third-party companies. They verify against specific standards such as BSCI Amfori, SEDEX SMETA, or ISO 90001. These standards focus on but are not limited to, fair and legal wages, responsible ethics, non-discriminatory policies, occupational health and safety, and quality control.

The products manufactured in these companies will be marked specifically. So you'll know what you're purchasing.

Environmental Sustainability

In our goal towards a more responsible and sustainable future, we have implemented several points to recycle, reuse, or source sustainable packaging.

The tissue paper and stickers in our packaging is either made of recycled material or sustainably sourced, approved by the SFI. We use poly mailers instead of bubble mailers to cut plastic waste. These mailers for standard packages are made of 100% recycled PIW or PCW. Upgraded orders are sent via USPS flat rate envelopes. Any bubble wrap we use in our packaging is reused from other packaging we have received. We are hoping to switch to even more eco-friendly packaging such as zero waste release liners.

If any changes occur, we will try our best to update this section immediately.
