Hand crafted fabrics

  • Every design starts from an inspiration. After sketching the idea fabric is waxed depending on the design.
  • Dying can happen in multiple stage. But fabric is always dip dyed in the end. This gives the unique batik cracks.
  • Fabric is then carefully boiled in hot water to remove wax and stabilize the dye. Wax used for batik is 100% recycled.
  • Finally fabric is sun dried
