I was worried it might not arrive in time for my boyfriend’s birthday, but it showed up in less than 10 days after I placed the order. It was well packaged with multiple layers of bubble wrap. I have to admit it’s a bit smaller than I expected, but that’s on me for not checking the measurements. My boyfriend is going to love it regardless!

Product Information Questions
Each order includes 1 lamp and 1 remote.
Please note that the remote battery is not included. The remote uses a CR2025 battery, and other battery types will not work.
The lamp is powered by a USB cable and must remain plugged in while in use.
The light source is located at the top of the lamp, and the wiring is visible at the back as part of the design. We do not accept refunds based on dissatisfaction with the wiring placement.
As each item is handmade, small imperfections such as minor scratches on the wood or small bubbles may be present. A partial refund may be eligible for major defects.

Delivery Inquiries
All items are made to order, so most orders require a longer processing time. Delays can happen, and we will inform you if your item needs more time to be completed.
If you are buying this for a gift or need it before a certain day, please message us first about the deadline to ensure we can deliver it on time!
Made to order time tend to vary but generally take 1-2 weeks. This time will significantly increase during major holiday such as Christmas so make sure to order early!
“Pre-transit” usually means the package is on its way to the destination country, which can take around 7–10 days. If there is still no tracking update 10 days after dispatch, please contact us so we can help check with the carrier.
Custom and personalised orders
All custom orders must be discussed with us through messages before placing an order.
Once a custom order has been confirmed for production, it is non-refundable.
After an order has been shipped, refunds are not available unless the item arrives defective majorly (Light not working; Broken)
If you are unhappy with the final custom product, we can offer a remake ONCE only.
