How do I access the ZIP folder?
Due to Etsy’s limit of uploads, a ZIP (compressed) file is the best way to deliver digital items to you. Most devices are compatible with this file type, and you simply need to “extract” the items within the folder. However, some phones or tablets are not compatible with this file type. If you experience any issues, please message the shop for help and we will gladly send you a different format of folders for your use!
Can I use the designs for commercial use in my business?
Yes! All downloads come with a free Commercial License for any physical product!
**Please note: We do not allow designs to be made into digital wall art or any other digital file for sale. Please do not copy, resell or distribute my designs in any digital platform. The tweaking and reselling of a design is still considered infringement.**
How do I get my files after purchase?
You can access your downloads as soon as payment is confirmed. There is a download link in purchases and reviews under your profile tab on your Etsy desktop view. If you cannot find that, it is also linked in your email receipt from Etsy. Please contact the shop if your purchase has been confirmed but you are unable to find your downloads in either location.
I need a different format than what is listed?
All designs downloads come in standard formats. If you need a file type that is not listed, please message PRIOR to purchase to ensure we are able to accommodate your needs.
Do you ever offer discounts?
Our shop strives to provide affordable, quality downloads. Due to this, we do not often offer discounts. However, we will run sales occasionally, so be sure to favorite our shop or check back often to catch any flash sales!
Are you taking custom design applications?
Custom designs are a case-by-case situation depending on the time of year and availability. Please message the shop and we will discuss this individually with you!
There is no SVG in the folder?
I include an SVG with each folder. If it has been renamed, please look for the .html file with a google chrome symbol. Your computer has assigned SVG files to be opened in google chrome, but you will still be able to open it with any software compatible with SVG file types!
How do I download my purchase?
Each purchase is immediately delivered! Etsy will deliver your files into your "purchases" section of your account.
What do I do if I have issues with my file?
We want to ensure every customer is fully satisfied with their download. If you experience any difficulties or issues, please message us directly through Etsy and we will be happy to make things right!
Are your files compatible with what I have?
Please ensure the files you are purchasing are compatible with your software:
SVG- Silhouette Designer Edition, Cricut Design Space, Make the Cut, Sure Cuts a Lot, Brother Scan and Cut "Canvas."
AI- Adobe Illustrator.
DXF- Silhouette Studio Basic Edition.
EPS- Adobe Illustrator, Corel Draw, and Inkscape.
PNG- Comes with a transparent background, compatible with any photo editing software.
JPG- Does not come with a transparent background, compatible with any photo editing software.
PDF- Adobe Software.
