Please be sure to follow all measuring instructions before ordering hats, especially for children! The hats follow the measurement of the head, NOT clothing size.

I recommend handwashing all crochet and knit items, reshaping and laying flat to dry. If you want softer material, wash and dry as usual in a lingerie bag or a pillowcase. Never wash or dry hats that have pom poms.

For wool hats, ONLY handwash in cold water. Add a small amount of liquid soap or baby shampoo and allow to soak for a few minutes. After washing, rinse thoroughly in cold water. Do not twist or wring out. Roll in a towel and let sit for a few minutes and then reshape and lay flat to dry.

Please note that shipping time is in addition to current processing time. Current processing time can be found in shop announcements at the top of the shop home page.

I accept major credit cards and Etsy gift cards at this time. Payment is due within 24 hours of checkout or your order will be cancelled.

Iowa customers will be charged sales tax. Local customers may contact me via Etsy or Facebook to get an adjusted price and arrange for pick-up.

Items are shipped in the US and Canada via First Class or First Class International mail in a shipping envelope or small box and include a tracking number.

Once a package leaves my hands, I do not have any other information than what is available via the provided tracking number. I am not responsible for replacing lost or stolen packages.

All items are handmade to order based on customer specifications. Returns are not accepted. Exchanges are considered on a case-by-case basis.
