1. Do you offer personalization?
Yes! Most of our products are customizable. Simply follow the personalization instructions on the product page or leave a note during checkout. If you have a special request, feel free to message us!
2. Can I see a preview before you ship it?
Yes, we’re happy to send you a digital preview for personalized items. Just leave a note requesting a preview when placing your order. Please note that sending a mockup may slightly delay production time.
3. Where do you ship from?
We partner with fulfillment centers primarily in the United States. Some products may ship from other countries depending on availability and your location.
4. My item arrived damaged. What should I do?
We’re so sorry to hear that! Please send us a photo of the damaged item and packaging within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll send a free replacement right away.
5. Can I cancel or change my order?
Because we start working on your order shortly after it's placed, we accept cancellations or changes within 24 hours. After that, the order may already be in production.
6. Do you accept returns or exchanges?
As all our items are made-to-order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or incorrect. However, please reach out and we’ll make it right.
7. What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Please contact us as soon as possible. If your item hasn't shipped yet, we’ll do our best to update the address. Unfortunately, we can’t reroute packages once shipped.
8. How do I send my photo?
