Where is my package

Please check the tracking number provided in your order details

Why does my package take so long?

The US postal service still occasionally has issues and delays.

Please file an inquiry to USPS with your tracking number.

Once the package leaves my hands, I cannot do anything

Will I get a refund for damaged plants

All plants leave here in good condition and are packed with care.
I am not responsible for delays or boxes being damaged.

If you ship via First class mail, consider that your package will be traveling at least 5-7 days.
Plants will be fine for that time.
But if there are delays, they won’t.
And they are not insured.

If you ship Priority mail, packages are supposed to be at the destination in around 3 days.
If plants are damaged due to delays, you can file a claim with USPS, using your tracking number.
Keep your package as proof and take pictures.

Please consider your climate and don’t leave plants in mailbox or on porch!

Check your tracking online.

If it is stuck somewhere, please contact USPS.
