My light Saber straw topper is everything! And PINK!

It took almost 3 months before I received item. When I got it one of them will not unscrew from the another one. Then another was screwed on crooked. I finally got it unscrewed but it would not screw back on properly. I had to sand the cup down to screw it on properly. I messaged owner and she told me it was has to be broken it. So how can I break them in when it won't come unscrewed or screw on properly. I normally give great reviews from products I receive but this one does Not deserve it
