Thank you for your feedback. I’m sorry the item arrived later than expected. I did want to clarify that the order was shipped two days before the promised ship-by date, so it was sent within the processing time listed on the order. Once an order is shipped, delivery times are determined by the carrier and are unfortunately outside of my control. I always do my best to get orders out as quickly as possible and appreciate your understanding!

I had no issues communicating with her, despite the fact that she has very much going on. I highly recommend Lauren and her shop!l I will definitely be ordering from her again!!!
