GOLD FOIL PRINTS :
The largest size I can make my gold foil prints a the moment is A4 - these are printed on a laser printer and mine prints up to an A4 size so this is the largest I can print them at the moment.

PRINT SIZES :
All prints are cut to the size ordered. 5x7", 8x10", 11x14" and 16x20" sized prints - If you would like an additional white border to allow you to frame with a mat then please let me know in the 'Note to Crafty Cow Design' box at the checkout.

When framing please purchase a mount/mat or frame where the 'picture size' is the size of your print so that the image on the print is fully visible. If you use a smaller frame or mount then the full image may not be visible.

I sell all all my prints UNFRAMED (unless otherwise stated) due to the following reasons :
- The risk of damage to the glass and frame during transit
- The much higher cost of postage to the customer
- The storage implications of having to store many different sized frames in different colours - as a small business I just don't have this much storage capacity available to me unfortunately
- My customers personal taste in frames and materials - some people prefer to have my prints framed professionally with high quality frames in their preferred colour with mounts while others prefer a standard shop bought frame and again as a small business it is impossible for me to cater for all tastes.

This varies but here are some guidelines :
NON CUSTOMISED Prints : Larger and USA bound prints are usually shipped in 3-4 working days. Prints bound for everywhere else are usually shipped within 1-2 working days.
CUSTOMISED Prints : I will email a digital proof within 1-3 working days. Once you are happy I will process your print. For UK based orders this usually takes 1-2 working days and for larger prints and USA bound orders this usually takes 3-4 days.

I can usually ship faster but please email me prior to ordering if you have a specific date in mind by which you need your order. I can also offer priority shipping for most orders for an additional charge.

**If you need your order by a certain date please email me PRIOR to ordering.

Please let me know within 4 months of placing your order if your item hasn't arrived as if too much time has passed it may be impossible for me to investigate further.
When an item doesn't arrive I will usually offer to send a replacement item to you. This offer of a replacement will be valid for 30 days from the date of my offer message.

Prints are packaged in a cello sleeves with grey-board and a hard-backed envelope.
I am phasing out plastic cello sleeves and replacing them with biodegradable cornstarch ones. If you are allergic or have any issues with corn or any materials in the manufacture of cornstarch cello sleeves please let me know prior to ordering.
If you wish to return your print please package it unused and undamaged in the same way that you received it. You will be responsible for the return postage cost. If you reside outside the UK please post the print and mark the customs form as a returned item. If you fail to do this there will be a customs charge which I will have to deduct from your refund. Once I have received your print I will process the refund.

If your order is personalised in any way then yes I send one proof per order via etsy mail and email and I don't print your order until you are happy with the proof and confirm. If you would like me to create multiple proofs for you so that you can pick the one you want then please contact me prior to ordering so I can create a custom order for you to account for the additional design time - the creation of each proof will be chargeable by the hour.
Please be aware that once I have sent a proof to you you can still cancel your order however I will charge for the time spent on your proof on a half hourly basis so you will receive a refund minus any time spent on your proof.

If your item is personalised in any way then please fill in all the drop down boxes on the order form and put in any additional details in the 'Note to seller' section at the checkout (e.g. name/date/message etc).

- Only one discount may be used per order : if I give you a discount please don't also use a coupon code on the order.
- Digital Downloads : these are delivered electronically these so are non refundable and can't be 'returned'. Personalised files come with 1 change, further changes may be subject to further design charges. The printing of the item is your responsibility - ensure the printer you use is using the correct paper/settings.
- If you wish to return your print then please be aware the return postage cost is your responsibility and items should be shipped back signed and tracked, unused, in original condition in original packaging. Mark items as a return on customs forms as I will deduct return customs charges from the refund.

I certainly try and accommodate my customers needs as much as possible as I want you to be absolutely happy with your order. I can change various aspects of my prints such as colour, font size etc for a nominal charge.

Yes that's no problem at all as long as I haven't already shipped your order. Please email me via etsy with the new delivery details. If I have shipped your order then I'm no longer able to change the address as your item is being processed by the postal system and no longer in my care.
If you wish to return your print and you reside outside the UK please post the print back to me and mark the customs form as a returned item. If you fail to do this sadly there will be a customs charge which I will have to deduct from your refund.
