Frequently asked questions
Do you accept returns or issue refunds?
Returns and refunds are only accepted if your item arrives misprinted, damaged, defective, or if the wrong item, color, or size was sent. Minor print placement variations under 0.5 inches and size deviations under 1 inch are within standard production tolerance and do not qualify. All products are made to order through a third party print provider — we have no warehouse to accept returns. We cannot issue refunds if you dislike the item, placed an order by mistake, ordered the wrong product, or entered an incorrect address. Please review your order carefully before purchasing. If you qualify for a refund, you have 30 days from delivery to report an issue. Please do not wait until the last minute to reach out to us. Thank you.
Do you accept cancellations?
Cancellations are only possible if our print provider has not yet started processing your order. If you need to cancel, we strongly recommend reaching out within 24 hours of placing your order — the sooner the better. Please keep in mind that cancellations within 24 hours are not guaranteed, as it depends entirely on whether fulfillment has already begun. Please plan your purchases carefully before placing an order. Thank you for understanding.
My order says it was delivered but I haven't received it. What do I do?
Start by double checking that your shipping address was entered correctly — even a small error can cause a delivery failure. If your address is correct, we ask that you wait an additional 1-2 days as packages sometimes arrive slightly late or may have been left with a neighbor. If your package still hasn't arrived, please contact your local post office or the delivery carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL) to check if they are holding it at their location. If you've done all of the above and your issue still hasn't been resolved, please message us with your order number and tracking number and we'll do our best to help.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Processing and shipping times vary by product. Please check the individual product description for the most accurate estimate. Most orders are processed within 2-7 business days, though some can take up to 7-14 business days depending on the product and how busy our print providers are at the time. Shipping times will vary based on your location, the shipping method selected, and the time of year. During peak holiday seasons, both processing and shipping times may be longer than usual, so please plan accordingly.
I ordered the wrong product, color, or size. What should I do?
Please message us as soon as possible so we can attempt to cancel or modify your order. There is only a short window between when an order is placed and when our print provider begins fulfilling it. If you wait longer than 24 hours there is a good chance your order is already in production and we will be unable to make any changes. Please see our returns and refunds policy for more details.
I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?
Please message us immediately so we can update your address before your order goes into production. If more than 24 hours have passed, we may no longer be able to make changes, which could result in a failed or misdirected delivery. In that case we would not be able to issue a refund. If the package is returned to our print provider and they confirm a successful return, we can arrange to have it reshipped to the correct address. This only applies if the item is successfully returned to the original sender. Please always double check your address before completing your purchase.
Can I add items to an existing order?
If you are within 24 hours of placing your order and it hasn't gone into production yet, we may be able to cancel it so you can place a new order with everything included. Please reach out to us as soon as possible so we can check the status. If fulfillment has already started we will not be able to make any changes and you will need to place a separate order for any additional items.
Will I receive all of my items in one package?
Not necessarily. Different products are fulfilled by different print providers, which means they ship separately and may arrive on different days. For example, if you order a tote bag and a blanket, those may come from two different providers and you will receive two separate packages. You will also be charged shipping for each provider separately. If you order multiple quantities of the same product, please note that there is no bulk discount — each item is charged at full price. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
Will I be charged additional fees or tariffs on my order?
Customers in the United States should be aware that some of our products, including our clear concert backpacks and car seat covers, are shipped from China. Due to current US tariff policies, orders containing these items may be subject to additional import fees or duties upon delivery. These fees are not set or collected by us and can range significantly depending on current trade policies at the time of your order. Any additional charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer. We strongly recommend researching current US import tariff rates before placing an order if you have concerns about additional costs.
