I specialize in embroidery, monograms, jewelry, vinyl and gifts – mostly all personalized!
This journey began when my doctor suggested that I take on a beading or knitting hobby to help my right hand and broken thumb recover from an auto accident injury in late 2006. Little did I know at the time, that my injury would turn into a creative business and blessing.
So, I decided to try beading, which became my new love. I’m a self taught jewelry artist, maker of all things, and crafter. I’ve worked to develop my techniques while exploring all different realms in jewelry making and the creative world. In 2010, I began to experiment with metal. I purchased my first set of hammers and stamps, and right then, I knew that I had found a passion for making personalized pieces and unique one-one-of-a-kind designs for others. Each handmade jewelry piece is made with love and quality components, and assembled with care. My favorite materials are sterling silver, Swarovski crystals, and of course pearls! The pearl also happens to be the birthstone of all three of my children… nothing like three toddlers to keep you busy, hence our business name, The “dashing (play on my last name Dasher) pearl.”
Shortly after offering personalized jewelry, it was only a matter of time before we bridged the gap in offering personalized items such as shirts, hats, totes, cups and so much more. My love for monograms and embroidery has grown, therefore, you will find all sorts of gift items that can be personalized.
