In the case of a return
Shipping will not be refunded in the case of a return even if it was "free shipping." My cost to send it to you will not be refunded.
Custom and personalized orders
It is the responsibility of the customer to check and double check spelling in any customized order. I will not be able to refund an item if there is an error. I am happy to remake the item--it would need to be purchased again.
Shipping
I do my very best to meet or exceed my production and shipping estimates. Once an item is handed off to the shipping partner, I am not longer able to control or be responsible for the speed and accuracy of delivery. Please check and double check your address as I use the address that is provided. I will be happy to help with an inquiry regarding lost/late packages but the shipping partner is ultimately responsible. If an address is entered incorrectly by the customer, it will be the customer's responsibility to arrange delivery with the shipping partner. I cannot offer a refund or resend (without charge) if one of the above criteria is met.
